Olly has spent 10 years working in elite cricket around the world - with the Wellington Firebirds in New Zealand, in first class cricket in the UK, and in associate nation cricket. He has worked extensively with first class batters, and understands how to develop cricketers from professionals to club cricketers.

Olly's method involves simplifying technique down to root cause, allowing batters to truly know their own game and succeed over the course of their career.

Olly is a highly experienced batting coach, and has worked with countless professionals and other players. He will help you identify and simplify your work-ons to improve you technically and give you a better understanding of your own game.

Olly is based in Surrey, but is available to coach across the UK and abroad.

Olly is able to consult with you online for a smaller fee. This involves you sending a few minutes of video of you batting. Once you have done this, you will receive a written report with images and suggestions for how to improve, or you can add in an online video call to chat about how you can work on your batting.

Olly is able to run masterclasses to introduce ideas to your whole squad, either online or in person. These masterclasses are great as development opportunities for coaches as well.

If you would like more in-depth, personalised coaching for your entire squad, this is also possible. Olly has co-founded The Batting Academy, through which he can run one-off sessions, batting camps, and consultancy sessions for elite squads and clubs, providing players with much more contact time with coaches than they would get during a normal masterclass.
